Fall 2024 Preseason will help prepare both new and experienced swimmers for the competitive Fall/Winter swim season. All practices will be held at the West Shore Natatorium at Red Land High School. Registration will open at the end of August.
Cost: TBD/swimmer (15% discount for families with multiple swimmers)
Schedule:
- TBD (Practices are typically held during weekday evenings starting in September.)
- The practice schedule will be posted on our calendar page.
- We do not keep track of attendance or require families to inform us if a swimmer cannot make it to practice.
Eligibility:
- Ages 5-18
- New swimmers will be asked to swim one length of the pool (25 yards), unassisted and without resting along the wall or touching the bottom. Swimmers may swim any stroke.
What to bring:
- Come dressed in a one-piece bathing suit or swim trunks
- Water bottle (no glass)
- Towel
- Goggles
- Long hair must be tied back or in a swim cap
Location:
Practice is held at the West Shore Natatorium inside Red Land High School. The pool entrance is at the far end of the school. When you enter the building, you will see the pool to your left. To access the pool, walk down the ramp to your right.
